Following the Leavander Johnson (W34-L5-D2) tragedy and Roy Jones Jnr's (49-L3-D0) deep concern over the condition of "The G-Man" Gerald McClellan (W31-L3-D0) following his ko loss to Nigel Benn (W42-L5-D1) 10 years ago, the question right now is, why is he fighting on ?

He takes on Antonio "Magic Man" Tarver (W23-L3-D0) for a third time this weekend having beaten "The Magic Man" by majority in November 2003 and then being blown away by Tarver in their May 2004 rematch, getting completely sparked out within four-and-a-half minutes.

He followed that up in similar fashion last time out, against "Gentleman" Glencoffe Johnson (W42-L10-D2) where he managed to survive 24 minutes before slamming the canvas.

The "Sweet Science" does not benefit from "Punchy", "Over The Top" fighters lingering in the game too long. Jones has outstayed his welcome in the top flight of boxing.This MUST be his last fight.

The word on the grapevine in Vegas is that Jones is "Washed-Up" and will definately get stopped, probably within 6 or 7.
