Advice:At first glance it may appear that ageing heavyweight Przemyslaw Saleta (W42-L6-D0) may not appear to have the artillery to cope with an on-form Oliver "The Atomic Bull" McCall (W44-L8-D0) over an extended period, but reading deeper the 6ft 3in Polish giant has some VERY credible form on his CV.
Dont forget he was the guy that ripped the zero away from the formerly unbeaten Luan "The Lion" Krasniqi (W28-L1-D1) back in 2002. Admittedly Krasniqi stopped Saleta in the first of their April 2003 rematch, after which Saleta announced his retirement.
Stepping back out of retirement of April this year saw Saleta win a six rounder with ease, winning nearly all rounds on all scorecards.
McCall on the other hand has looked decidedly average in his three comback fights since losing a unanimous descision to Davarryl "Touch Of Sleep" Williamson (W22-L3-D0) in November 2004.
Both Kelvin Hale (W14-L5-D0) & Corneluis Ellis (W7-L10-D1) took the formerly useful ex-WBC heavyweight champion the distance, and previous opponent Marion Wilson (W12-L40-D4) would have notched up a distance loss also had he have not held McCall for most of the six unexciting rounds.
In his prime McCall would have wiped the floor with cannon fodder such as Saleta, but now an ever-ageing punchbag he can be fully expected to need the full ten rounds to beat the big Polish fallguy.
Medium stakes hit on the over 8.5 rounds 1.952 with class boxing layers Pinnaclesports.
